ElderCare Placement Advisors is an RN-led senior care placement company helping families confidently find the right adult family home, assisted living, memory care, or other senior care setting. As part of our intake process, we assess each person's medical, cognitive, functional, and safety needs, along with lifestyle and social preferences, location, family priorities, and budget. For adult family home placements, our RN completes the required assessment, giving us a detailed understanding of the individual's care needs before recommending appropriate homes.

What sets us apart is the depth of experience behind every recommendation. Our team brings decades of senior care expertise, including an RN who previously owned and operated adult family homes for 25 years. That firsthand operational experience gives us a trained eye for the things families may not know to ask about, including staffing, safety, care capabilities, management, and whether a provider can appropriately meet changing needs over time. We personally evaluate and maintain relationships with the providers we recommend and follow a simple standard: If we would not place our own family there, we will not recommend it.

We have particular expertise in complex medical, higher-acuity, and time-sensitive placements, including dementia, feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilator support, insulin management, complex medication needs, and other conditions that can make finding appropriate care especially challenging. We also work closely with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, social workers, care managers, and other professionals when a sudden change in health or an urgent discharge requires appropriate care to be found quickly.

From the first conversation through personalized recommendations, tours, placement, and follow-up after the move, we stay involved and advocate for families throughout the transition. We provide clear explanations of care options, costs, and important considerations so families can make informed decisions with confidence. Our placement services are provided at no cost to families, including the required Washington State assessment completed by our RN for adult family home placements.
